Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Barger Automotive LLC ("Barger Automotive", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit bargerautomotivedirect.com, request an estimate, book a service appointment or pay for maintenance and repair work on your car or light utility vehicle. Effective date: 2026-10-23.
Who we are
Barger Automotive LLC, registration 2025-001608108, 60 Sandy Lane, Boulder, WY 82923. Contact: [email protected] · +13079223648.
Barger Automotive is a local auto repair shop. We provide preventive and corrective maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, suspension, electronic diagnostics and scheduled service. This policy applies to our website and to the information you share when you work with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, e-mail, phone number and billing address when you request an estimate, book an appointment, place an order or contact us. Because we do not ship anything, we only need an address for billing or when you choose to provide one. You may also share details about your vehicle and the service you need so we can prepare your estimate.
Information collected automatically: device type, browser, pages visited, referring ads, and data from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from payment processors: confirmation that a payment was approved. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To schedule and perform the service you request, prepare and explain estimates, process payments, answer your questions and send transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders.
To improve the website, prevent fraud and, with your consent where required, send marketing and measure how our advertising performs.
Cookies, pixels and advertising
Google: we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site and Google Ads cookies for conversion tracking and remarketing, which may show you our ads on other sites. You can opt out at Google's Ad Settings and with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Meta: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure visits, appointment requests and purchases from Facebook and Instagram ads. You can adjust this in your Meta ad preferences.
TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel to measure the results of TikTok ads. You can manage this in your TikTok ad settings.
Native ad networks: when we advertise through Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak, their cookies or pixels may record visits and conversions. You can opt out through each network's privacy settings.
We share only data needed to measure visits and conversions. We do not send health information, sensitive data or any personal condition to Google, Meta, TikTok or native ad networks. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We share information only with providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, scheduling, e-mail, analytics and advertising measurement), when required by law, or in a business transfer. Shipping providers are not involved because we do not ship products.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may request access, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and you may opt out of targeted advertising.
Write to [email protected] or call +13079223648. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as keeping your service history and invoices, or as required by law.
We protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Children and age
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Purchases and service bookings must be made by adults aged 18 or older.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
