We want you to be satisfied with the service on your vehicle at Barger Automotive. This policy explains how to request a refund for services purchased from Barger Automotive LLC. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to maintenance, repair and diagnostic services booked or paid for through bargerautomotivedirect.com or directly with our shop. We do not sell or ship physical products online, so there are no product returns or exchanges. Refund requests are handled as described below.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. You can also call +13079223648 for help. We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
